Yes, we are pleased to accept Paypal. Please select Paypal at our checkout page and continue normally. We are currently working on Paypal Express checkout to allow you to checkout directly from the shopping cart
Do you accept Google Checkout?
Yes, we are pleased to accept Google Checkout with which you can pay with your Google Wallet account. Please click on the Google button on our shopping cart page and you can skip our checkout completely, and complete your purchase using Google.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes, we sure do! Simply select ‘Pay by Credit or Debit Card’ at checkout, and enter your Amex details as normal.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Solo & American Express.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer. You will need to order on the phone by calling 01274 240 240. Please note that we never dispatch goods until cleared payment has been received.
Can I Pay by Cheque
Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment by cheque. We cannot make exceptions to this.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Battery Station is pleased to be able to offer credit account to public sector organisations such as schools, colleges, universities, police, fire and public sector medical. Unfortunately we are unable to offer credit to private companies at this time. A completed credit application form will be required and authorisation from a principal signatory such as headteacher, hospital or practice administrator. Our credit application form can be completed in Acro at and printed to PDF and emailed, or to printer and then faxed. You can also print it off and complete it in pen. Why have you asked me for ID?
When we process payment on your card, we electronically send your billing address to your card issuer. Normally they confirm that the card is correctly registered to that address. If you have entered a billing address incorrectly or one at which your card is not registered to, we will ask you for ID to confirm your identity. This is standard anti-fraud procedure to protect us and the general card-using public. If you are not happy to provide ID, we will promptly refund your order at our request.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. We automatically send you a VAT invoice to the delivery address with your goods. If you have lost this or need an additional copy, we can email it to you. Please contact customer services below.
We are registered for VAT in another EU member state, can we purchase without VAT?
Yes you may, however you will need to purchase normally. You should then contact us using the form below and provide your EU VAT Number. We will quickly check this number and then refund your VAT. We have a number of customers using this method. Please note, this is only possible if the goods are not being delivered to the UK.

Ordering & Pricing
What is the best price you can do?
Our prices are on our website and are the same for all our customers. In order to give a bespoke quote, it would need to be for a quantity of 1000 units or more per line (or 500 on button and coin cells).
Do I need to confirm my order?
Generally speaking, No. When you have successfully placed your order, you are shown a summary page which you are asked to print out for your records. You are also sent an email. Either of these is confirmation of your order. If you did not reach the confirmation page due to an error or did not receive an email, please contact us.
Can I order on the phone?
Yes. You are most welcome to order on the phone, please call
01274 240 240. We do advise online ordering though as things like spelling mistakes on names and addresses can occasionally occur with ordering on the phone.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we do, simply select it from the drop down list on the cart page. Please note when ordering on a Friday, next day delivery counts as Tuesday although commonly orders are often delivered on Saturday morning or Monday.
Can I call to pick up my order?
We do not have a shop but may be able to help you. Please contact us if you need to pick up. Our warehouse is in Heywood, Greater Manchester.
You have emailed me and said my address is not complete; why is this?
Our courier DPD uses the official postal database for it's deliveries. Occasionally the system brings up errors. We would ask you to be patient and we'll do everything we can to rectify the situation.
Please can you leave my package in a safe place?
Unfortunately, we require a signature for all deliveries. This is due to the high value and desirability of fraudsters to resell of our products.
Promotional materials and mail
You have sent me a promotional fax, where did you get my fax number from?
Occasionally, Battery Station has used a promotional fax company to send out special offers. We do not have your number or keep your number. The fax is sent direct from the promotions company and you need to opt-out direct with them on the number on the fax. If you contact us, we will happily pass on your request to them to stop future faxes. We will be happy to tell you which promotional company we have used.
Please can you stop sending me promotional emails?
Yes of course. The easiest way is to click on the unsubscribe link in the email. We keep list of all unsubscribed email addresses so we'll never send you one again.
