Manufacturer logos, product images and branding are the property of the respective manufacturers and are used on this website under their permission to help sell their products. That permission is granted to us. It does not extend to anyone who copies the material from this website.
Product images and renders
Where manufacturers do not provide high-quality photography, we commission our own professional studio photography and 3D renders. These are costly to produce and are original artistic works under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The manufacturer owns the trade marks and product designs shown in them; Alfafado Ltd owns the copyright in the finished image. Using one of our renders without authorisation — on a marketplace listing, a competitor’s website or anywhere else — is an infringement of our copyright, and we actively pursue it.

All content specific to BatteryStation.co.uk is the intellectual property of Alfafado Ltd, including: the BatteryStation.co.uk logo; the layout, colour scheme and overall design of the website; graphics made for the website, including banners, boxes and icons; all text, including home page copy, information pages, category and product descriptions; our product catalogue — SKUs, specifications and descriptions — which is protected as a database; and all blog posts and information articles.
Stock photography
Stock images on this website are licensed to Alfafado Ltd, and we hold the purchase records. The licence is ours and does not transfer to anyone who copies an image from this website.
Using our content
Resellers who buy from us may ask, through our contact form, to use our product images for the products they stock; we are usually happy to agree reasonable requests, with attribution. Linking to our pages is always welcome. Where we become aware that content has been taken without permission, we report the listing or page to the platform or hosting provider and seek its removal, and we will take legal action to recover damages and costs where necessary.
