Shipping prices are shown in the cart
Every shipping option, its price and its estimated delivery date are displayed in the cart shipping calculator, and again in the cart before you reach checkout. Prices are calculated from the weight and size of your order, your delivery postcode and country, and whether your order contains lithium. No prices are quoted on this page.
Delivery days and dates are targets. We are unable to guarantee them, and we do not refund shipping charges for orders arriving later than expected.
Lithium batteries
On some orders, shipping prices may be higher because of the batteries lithium content. The cart always shows the final price before you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We may pick and pack on non-business days, so you may receive a dispatch email at the weekend; the courier collects on the next business day.
Saturday delivery
Saturday delivery is dispatched on Friday and delivered on Saturday, whichever day you order. Order by 4pm Friday.

Orders arriving on the deadline
We will always do our best to get orders out the same day. If you order on the 4pm deadline, we cannot guarantee your order will progress through our system in time for dispatch.
