Battery Station will try to do whatever we can to successfully resolve any problems you may have with your order. We exercise goodwill wherever possible and truly want each of our customers to be 100% happy. We believe this approach is the only way for our business to grow. In the unlikely event that you need to return goods to us, please refer to the following procedures which are different for each reason.
If you receive your BatteryStation.co.uk order and decide you do not wish to keep it, you must advise us within 14 days of receipt, that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the order to us. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost in returning your order, and we recommend you to use a shipping method with proof of delivery. The following conditions apply:
All returned items must be in the same condition they were when received; in the original sealed unopened boxes or packs.
When we receive your returned order, we will quickly examine it and issue a refund promptly.
Refunds usually show on card or bank statements within 48 hours but can take longer with certain financial institutions.
While we are confident the vast majority of our customers are honest, we do undertake checks to ensure the returned stock is the same stock which was dispatched including checking batch numbers where appropriate.
Our returns address is above. Sending unwanted items to our head office address will result in significant delays in processing your return and issuing a refund.
Faulty & Damaged goods
If your order arrives containing faulty or damaged items, please inform us within 30 days and return the items for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping in returning your faulty item to us.
Your statutory rights are not limited by our returns policy in any way.
