Saft Batteries

Saft Batteries are industrial lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) batteries which are used in a variety of specialist devices such as gas detectors, meter readers and other high end industrial equipment. They are also found on certain computer main boards. Available in AA, 1/2 AA and 2/3AA, Saft Batteries provide 3.6V of stable voltage for the entire life of the battery. They are designed to operate in temperature extremes from -60°C to +85°C.

Designed with enterprise in mind, Saft Batteries have an extremely low self-discharge rate of less than 1% during a single year's storage. These high-end lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) batteries are also available with different types of solder tabs, and axial wires.
