Do you accept Google Pay or Apple Pay?

At present due to the lack of UK based payment service providers, we're not able to accept Google Pay or Apple Pay. We are eager to add this and monitoring the situation closely. Once available, we will be adding these payment methods promptly.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes, we sure do! Simply select ‘Pay by Credit or Debit Card’ at checkout, and enter your Amex details as normal.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Solo & American Express.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer providing your order is of a reasonable amount. You will need to order on the phone by calling 0161 314 3000. Please note that we never dispatch goods until cleared payment has been received.

Can I Pay by Cheque

Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment by cheque. We cannot make exceptions to this under any circumstances and cheques sent to us will be destroyed.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Battery Station is pleased to be able to offer credit account to public sector organisations such as schools, colleges, universities, police, fire and public sector medical. We may from time to time offer credit accounts to established businesses, subject to a trading history with us, satisfactory company credit check, and thorough diligence.

Why have you asked me for ID?

When we process payment on your card, we electronically send your billing address to your card issuer. Your card issuer then prompts you for 3D secure information such as a password. Normally they confirm that the card is correctly registered to that address. If you have entered a billing address incorrectly or one at which your card is not registered to, we will ask you for ID to confirm your identity. This is standard anti-fraud procedure to protect us and the general card-using public. If you are not happy to provide ID, we will promptly refund your order at your request.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes. We automatically send you a VAT invoice to the delivery address with your goods. If you have lost this or need an additional copy, we can email it to you. Please contact customer services below.

We are registered for VAT in another EU member state, can we purchase without VAT?

Yes you may, however this service is only available to registered business with verifiable VAT numbers. Please contact us to open a user account. Once we have validated your credentials, we can set up your account to use the EU reverse charge VAT process.

Ordering & Pricing

What is the best price you can do?

Our prices are on our website and are the same for all our customers. They already include bulk pricing and are very competitive. In order to give a bespoke quote, your enquiry would need to be for a quantities significantly higher than the quantity thresholds advertised on our website. If you have regular high volumes, we are happy to quote.

Do I need to confirm my order?

No. When you have successfully placed your order, you are shown a summary page which you are asked to print out for your records. You are also sent an email. Either of these is confirmation of your order. If you did not reach the confirmation page due to an error or did not receive an email, please contact us.

Can I order on the phone?

We are happy to accept orders from our business customers on the phone. Unfortunately we cannot accept domestic consumer orders on the phone at this time. Our phone number is:
0161 314 3000. We do advise online ordering though, as things like spelling mistakes on names and addresses can occasionally occur with ordering on the phone. Furthermore, your order will hit our system more quickly.


Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we do, simply select it from the drop down list on the cart page. The deadline for next day delivery is 4pm on the previous working day. If you order after 4pm your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday except UK public holidays.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes we do, however please note that if you place an order on any day other than Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Saturday.

Can I call to pick up my order?

At this time, we do not have a trade desk and offer website ordering only.

You have emailed me and said my address is not complete; why is this?

Our couriers use the official postal database for deliveries. Occasionally the system brings up errors. We would ask you to be patient and we'll do everything we can to rectify the situation.

Please can you leave my package in a safe place?

Unfortunately, we require a signature for all deliveries. This is due to the high value and desirability of fraudsters to steal and resell our products.

Promotional materials and mail

Please can you stop sending me promotional emails?

Yes of course. The easiest way is to click on the unsubscribe link in the email. We keep a suppressed list of all unsubscribed email addresses so we'll never send you one again. We honour your rights under the GDPR and Data Protection Act, details of which can be seen in our Privacy Policy.
